Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Radiology Technician to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety, and supporting providers with accurate and timely imaging results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, in accordance with physician orders
  • Prepare and position patients for imaging while ensuring comfort and safety
  • Operate and maintain radiologic equipment in compliance with safety standards
  • Follow proper radiation protection protocols for patients and staff
  • Review images for quality and accuracy prior to submission
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to support patient care
  • Ensure exam rooms and equipment are clean, organized, and stocked

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
  • Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required
  • Active Texas state radiology license required
  • Current BLS certification preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of radiology/imaging experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and patient care skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
