Job Title: Agronomy Class A Driver

Reports to: Location Manager
 
Status:  Non-exempt
 
Position Objective: Primary role is to support the team in customer service.

Qualifications: 
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Class A or B CDL with tanker and HAZMAT endorsement
  • Ability to operate a delivery vehicle safely and efficiently
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to follow instructions and meet deadline
Responsibilities:
  • Safety is the priority and driving in a safe manner
  • Deliver product to customers
  • Operate electric pallet jack
  • Documentation of maintenance of vehicles according to DOT standards
  • Assist with the performance of daily maintenance checks on all running equipment
  • Fill orders daily, ensuring quality and satisfaction of customers
  • Comply with company safety policy, housekeeping standards
  • Maintain CDL
  • During peak business seasons or times of increased demand, this role may be assigned temporary duties in other departments. Such cross‑department support is essential to maintaining service levels and ensuring smooth company operations.

Additional skills and abilities include: Class A CDL

Education: High School Graduate or equivalent.
