Job DetailsJob Location: IL Roxana - Roxana , IL 62084Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $130,000.00 Salary/yearTravel Percentage: NegligibleService Manager Summary: Vacuum Truck Rentals, LLC, is one of the largest vacuum truck rental companies in the U.S. with a fleet of more than 1000 pieces of equipment and 19 locations nationwide. With a strong emphasis on the customer experience and a 24/7 service guarantee, we are seeking an experienced full-time equipment service manager in our Roxana, IL office with experience in working with diesel / hydraulic engines and heavy equipment preferred. In addition, the Equipment Service Manager will ensure that equipment, materials, and subordinate man-hours are used to maximize productivity. Will coordinate the activities of shop technicians and oversee the repair of equipment to ensure that repairs are done timely and satisfactory. Must be resourceful, dependable, and able to give and follow instructions. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair hydraulic equipment and systems Supervise subordinates’ activities, delegate tasks, and ensure all safety procedures are followed Evaluate on-site equipment for repairs and preventative maintenance Process work order requests including parts orders and requests Ability to troubleshoot complex diesel and hydraulic systems Train and supervise service technicians Other duties as assigned Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Vision insurance Health insurance Life insurance Short and Long Term Disability insurance Paid time off Many other benefits Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday through Friday w occasional weekends Work Location: In person QualificationsQualifications: Supervisory experience required High School Diploma Vocational School or other training preferred Experience: Supervising experience: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred)
