Schedule: Mon - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, Remote Pharmacy responsibilities

Person Memorial Hospital in Roxboro, NC is a full-service hospital where caring, kindness, and compassion join modern facilities and equipment to provide you the best possible health care. We provide comprehensive health care services to Person County and surrounding areas, licensed for 98 beds. We strive to meet the ever-changing needs of our patients. How You'll Contribute

The Director of Pharmacy is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational management, and clinical oversight of the hospital's pharmacy services. This role ensures the delivery of safe, effective, and regulatory-compliant pharmaceutical care while supporting organizational goals for quality, patient safety, and service excellence. Utilizing Meditech Magic and other healthcare technologies, the Director develops and implements departmental goals, policies, and standards; oversees daily operations, staffing, performance improvement initiatives, budgeting, and compliance activities; and ensures adherence to all legal, ethical, and accreditation requirements. The Director also provides leadership and development for pharmacy staff through recruitment, training, performance management, and ongoing professional growth, while fostering a collaborative environment focused on exceptional patient care and operational excellence.

What we’re looking for
Applicants should have 

  • Current Pharm D in the state of North Carolina 
  • Active North Carolina Pharmacist License
  • Three (3) years of relative experience
