The Learning Experience – Ledgewood is seeking a Preschool Teacher to support children as they build early literacy, social-emotional confidence, and classroom independence in preparation for kindergarten readiness.
Responsibilities
- Â Implement structured preschool learning activitiesÂ
- Â Support early math, literacy, and problem-solving skillsÂ
- Â Guide children through learning centers and group instructionÂ
- Â Maintain classroom routines and organizationÂ
- Â Communicate progress with familiesÂ
- Â Follow all licensing and safety requirementsÂ
Qualifications
- Â High school diploma or GED requiredÂ
- Â Preschool classroom experience preferredÂ
- Â Strong classroom management skillsÂ
- Â Must meet New Jersey childcare licensing requirements
