Location: The Learning Experience – Ledgewood, NJ
Pay: $18 per hour & $250 sign-on bonus, payable after 90 days of employment

The Learning Experience – Ledgewood is hiring an Early Childhood Teacher to support classrooms serving infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. This role offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative team while supporting structured routines and engaging learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with classroom activities and daily routines
- Support children’s early learning and development
- Maintain classroom organization and safety standards
- Provide supervision during learning centers and group activities
- Support transitions throughout the day
- Communicate with families and teaching team members
- Follow New Jersey licensing and safety requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Childcare experience preferred
- Dependable and team-oriented
- Must meet New Jersey childcare licensing requirements
