Location: The Learning Experience – Ledgewood, NJ
Pay: $18 per hour & $250 sign-on bonus, payable after 90 days of employment

The Learning Experience – Ledgewood is hiring an Early Childhood Teacher to support classrooms serving infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. This role offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative team while supporting structured routines and engaging learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Â Assist with classroom activities and daily routinesÂ
-  Support children’s early learning and developmentÂ
- Â Maintain classroom organization and safety standardsÂ
- Â Provide supervision during learning centers and group activitiesÂ
- Â Support transitions throughout the dayÂ
- Â Communicate with families and teaching team membersÂ
- Â Follow New Jersey licensing and safety requirementsÂ
Qualifications
- Â High school diploma requiredÂ
- Â Childcare experience preferredÂ
- Â Dependable and team-orientedÂ
- Â Must meet New Jersey childcare licensing requirementsÂ
