Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Detroit is looking for an experienced Plumbing Service Manager to add to our management team to drive our business goals, and uphold our reputation in the community. RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Plumber Service Manager, your ultimate responsibilities involve safety, profit & loss, client satisfaction, and employee engagement. You will ensure accurate communication of job status and requirements with our general manager and lead dispatcher. Upholding our ethical standards at all times, you promote our reputation in the community. You care about our company vision and work hard to drive our success from your area of stewardship, keeping your finger on the pulse of all aspects of our business. You get great satisfaction out of helping us achieve our goals as a successful and trusted part of our community!

YOU WILL

Grow sales and profit margins on an ongoing basis to meet established sales and margin goals.
Assist Plumbing Technicians with selling plumbing and sewer repairs.
Conduct ride-alongs with technicians to observe customer interactions and performance-while actively reinforcing selling behaviors, product knowledge, and customer-first thinking.
Perform all necessary supervisory functions to effectively and efficiently manage the personnel assigned.
Coordinate and/or provide continuing training.
Actively manage performance and motivate service staff.
Assists personnel with on-site problems when necessary.
Create a positive work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience working for a Plumbing company.
Prior management and sales experience.
Experience using Service Titan software preferred.
A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
