HVAC Maintenance Technician
Location: Royal Palm Beach, FL
Job Type: Full-time | Non-Exempt (Hourly)

Position Summary
The HVAC Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, inspections, tune-ups, and basic service work on residential and light commercial HVAC systems. This role is ideal for a technician who takes pride in quality work, strong customer service, and maintains equipment safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Own
- Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled tune-ups on HVAC systems
- Conduct inspections and identify repair or replacement needs
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers
- Complete maintenance calls safely, efficiently, and professionally
- Document work performed accurately in ServiceTitan or company systems
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance
- Support overall team productivity and branch success
What Success Looks Like
- Complete maintenance calls safely, accurately, and efficiently
- Identify repair opportunities and communicate them professionally
- Maintain strong customer satisfaction
- Complete paperwork, invoices, and service notes accurately
- Follow safety procedures and use proper PPE
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in good condition
- Show up on time, be prepared, and support the team
- Maintain strong attendance and schedule reliability
Required Qualifications
- HVAC certification from an accredited school or 3+ years of relevant HVAC experience
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to commute to West Palm Beach, FL
Preferred Qualifications
- Residential and/or light commercial HVAC experience
- ServiceTitan experience
- Maintenance agreement experience
- NATE Certification
- Experience identifying repair opportunities and customer recommendations
- Bilingual English/Spanish
