Essential Job Functions Assembles fabricated parts, components or units at floor stations. Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications. Uses hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications. Identifies units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repairs as necessary. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. QualificationsQualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent required Experience: 1-2 years of related experience preferred but not required.  Skills:  Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with manufacturing tools and equipment Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions accurately Strong attention to detail to identify defects or variances in product quality Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy and efficiency Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Basic math skills for measurements, counts, and conversions Commitment to safety protocols and ability to wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet production quotas Flexibility to rotate between workstations or assist other team members as needed Certifications: N/A Working Conditions Work Environment: Manufacturing Plant in our Royal, AR office. Physical Requirements: Require prolonged periods of standing and ability to lift 0 to 100 pounds depending on specific position.  Work Schedule: Standard business hours of Monday – Friday 6am to 2:30pm with potential for extended hours as needed.
