Responsibilities
路 Greet and assist service customers in a friendly, professional manner.
路 Prepare repair orders and communicate repair details clearly.
路 Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate and efficient repairs.
路 Maintain regular contact with customers during service visits.
路 Promote additional services and accessories that enhance the Harley-Davidson experience.
Qualifications
路 High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or business degree preferred.
路 Previous experience in a dealership service advisor role preferred (motorcycle, automotive, or powersports).
路 Strong understanding of Harley-Davidson products, maintenance schedules, and repair procedures.
路 Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
路 Proficiency with dealership management systems (Talon, CDK, or similar) and Microsoft Office.
路 Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
路 Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
路 Professional appearance and a passion for Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
路 Valid driver鈥檚 license and motorcycle endorsement required.

路 Ability to stand, walk, and move around the dealership for extended periods.
路 Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
路 Ability to communicate clearly in person, on the phone, and electronically.
路 Ability to push or maneuver motorcycles (with assistance).
路 Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
