Construction Transportation Manager – Construction Site Shuttle Operations
Job Responsibility (Broad)
- Direct management and execution of the shuttle operation
- Achieve profitability, safety, and long-term success
- Lead operational performance, staffing, and execution
Job Duties
- Manage all drivers and personnel
- Maintain client relationships
- Ensure service execution and staffing alignment
- Develop training programs
- Enforce safety and accountability
- PM may assume driver responsibilities to protect service levels or budget
Work Schedule
- 4 full operational days + 1 partial day per week
- Typical schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (5AM - 1PM), Thursday, Friday
- Start Time: 5:00 AM
- End Time: Approximately 6:15 PM
Compensation
Base Salary: $86,244.00 annually plus performance-based bonuses.
- Total Annual Bonus Potential: up to $15,000
- Total Annual Earning Potential (including additional workdays): up to $107,000+
- Additional Days: $300.00 per full day, $177.77 per AM shift (5AM-1PM), $123.23 per PM shift)
Bonus Structure
The PM’s bonus structure is divided into two primary components:
- Budget Performance Bonus (Operational Efficiency)
- Safety Bonus (ACT Program)
- Bonus eligibility begins first full calendar month after start date.
