Job Description - Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide quality resident care and support daily living needs while promoting safety, dignity, and independence.
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Evening | 2:30 PM–10:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours/week
Salary: $18.50–$25.50/hour
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000
Setting: Long-Term Care
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and personal care.
- Obtain vital signs and document resident care.
- Assist with meals, transfers, mobility, and repositioning.
- Provide comfort, companionship, and psychosocial support.
- Observe and report changes in resident condition.
- Follow proper infection control, safety, and PPE procedures.
- Maintain resident privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Completion of an approved CNA training program.
- Current CNA certification/licensure as required by the state.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use an EMR for documentation.
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and assist residents with mobility and transfers.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to work effectively in a long-term care environment.
Compensation
- $18.50–$25.50/hour
- Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus
- Full-time evening schedule.
