What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care in an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) setting
• Administer and document medications according to physician orders
• Monitor resident health status and communicate changes appropriately
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, QIDPs, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate documentation within electronic health record systems
• Complete medication counts and monitor medication inventory
• Provide clinical guidance and support to Direct Support Professionals and Medication Technicians
• Participate in care planning and resident advocacy
• Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and resident needs
• Promote resident dignity, independence, and overall well-being

Qualifications

Required

• Active North Carolina LPN License
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Experience with electronic health records
• Valid North Carolina Driver's License

Preferred

• Experience in long-term care, residential care, developmental disabilities, pediatrics, or ICF settings
• CPR/BLS Certification (Adult & Pediatric)

New graduates, nurses transitioning from other healthcare settings, and experienced nurses seeking a more relationship-centered environment are encouraged to apply.
