Position Overview: 
As the Production Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily operations, lead and develop staff, and drive safety, accuracy, and productivity across designated department. You’ll ensure your team meets operational goals while fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.  

Location: On-site, Ruskin, FL 

Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday 11:30AM-11:30PM with ability to work outside, before, or after scheduled hours as business needs arise as well as on-call for emergencies 

Competitive Compensation: Attractive annual salary of $72,000-76,000 plus a bonus opportunity.  Along with base salary, our total rewards include comprehensive benefits; medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company matching, generous PTO, sick time, and company holidays. Compensation is based on experience, skills, and education 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Supervise production activities, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer requirements 
  • Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and track team performance against KPIs 
  • Train and certify team members on equipment operation, OSHA compliance, and audit readiness 
  • Develop and manage schedules, assign and monitor work, and resolve operational issues 
  • Monitor employee productivity and provide ongoing coaching and feedback 
  • Resolve employee and customer concerns both verbally and in writing 
  • Maintain personnel records, manage timekeeping, and approve payroll 
  • Enforce safety policies, manage incident reporting, and conduct investigations as needed 
  • Uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements 
  • Lead a team of hourly and temporary associates 
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED; BS/BA in Logistics/Supply Chain, general business relevant field is preferred; or equivalent combination of experience and education 
  •  At least three years proven experience in a distribution or warehouse environment 
  • Proven experience with problem solving skills, troubleshooting and analysis, and taking initiative 
  • Strong conflict resolution skills 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Relationship building and customer facing experience 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience with 5S and continuous improvement programs 
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience with time keeping; ADP is a plus
