Position Overview:Â
As the Production Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily operations, lead and develop staff, and drive safety, accuracy, and productivity across designated department. You’ll ensure your team meets operational goals while fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Â
Location: On-site, Ruskin, FLÂ
Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday 11:30AM-11:30PM with ability to work outside, before, or after scheduled hours as business needs arise as well as on-call for emergenciesÂ
Competitive Compensation: Attractive annual salary of $72,000-76,000 plus a bonus opportunity.  Along with base salary, our total rewards include comprehensive benefits; medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company matching, generous PTO, sick time, and company holidays. Key Responsibilities:Â
- Supervise production activities, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer requirementsÂ
- Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and track team performance against KPIsÂ
- Train and certify team members on equipment operation, OSHA compliance, and audit readinessÂ
- Develop and manage schedules, assign and monitor work, and resolve operational issuesÂ
- Monitor employee productivity and provide ongoing coaching and feedbackÂ
- Resolve employee and customer concerns both verbally and in writingÂ
- Maintain personnel records, manage timekeeping, and approve payrollÂ
- Enforce safety policies, manage incident reporting, and conduct investigations as neededÂ
- Uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsÂ
- Lead a team of hourly and temporary associatesÂ
- High School Diploma or GED; BS/BA in Logistics/Supply Chain, general business relevant field is preferred; or equivalent combination of experience and educationÂ
-  At least three years proven experience in a distribution or warehouse environmentÂ
- Proven experience with problem solving skills, troubleshooting and analysis, and taking initiativeÂ
- Strong conflict resolution skillsÂ
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsÂ
- Relationship building and customer facing experienceÂ
Preferred Qualifications:Â
- Experience with 5S and continuous improvement programsÂ
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with time keeping; ADP is a plusÂ
