Role and Responsibilities

Under the direction of the ___Inventory Supervisor__, the Inventory Analyst performs periodic inventory counting, receives and ships materials into and out of inventory and enters related data into logs/software. Ensures timely execution of shipments and accuracy of all data entry for orders, receipts and shipments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB

  • Weekly reporting on FEFO stock, giving analysis and communication to Supervisor / Manager
  • Work with customer on inventory mock audits
  • Submit required cycle counts to inventory department crew.
  • Review items conversation sent out by customer or central team.
  • Root Cause analysis of adjustments, damages, expired product
  • Review inventory receipts for accuracy and work to resolve discrepancies.
  • Manage weekly inventory reconciliation with Operations team.
  • Day-to-day general administrative tasks.
  • Develop and compile statistical and descriptive reports, inventory summary sheets and detailed reports.
  • Help Oversee and direct both monthly and yearly Physical inventory reconciliations.
  • Disposition of excess and destruct inventory.
  • Initiate conversation with management and cross functional partners to provide recommendations.
  • Re-Cubing new product and analyzing new product data for discrepancy.
  • Works closely with Supervisors and Managers
  • Oversee that the stock management check list is being completed in a timely manner.
  • System synchronization alignment between WMS & OMS
  • Other duties assigned.

Shift: M-F 7:30AM-3:30PM

Salary: $18.84

Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong Understanding of Excel
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and versatile.
  • Able to build strong working relationships with people at all organizational levels.
  • EXPERIENCE – 1+ years’ relevant experience required.
  • Work well independently but also in a team environment.
  • Experience in manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Must be professional and have good job stability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 2 – 4 years of experience in an inventory or purchasing related function.
  • Willing to work when needed (Monday -Sunday) on occasions.
  • Ability to organize a large amount of data
  • Experience in E-Commerce Environment

 

PREFERRED NOT RREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Operational experience preferred.
  • Understand of SAP & experience working with variety of WMS.
  • Knowledge of ERP/MRP Warehouse Management Systems.
