How you’ll contribute 

Manages the daily operations of the assigned department or function to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.

  • Staff Management & Development: Oversees recruitment, scheduling, payroll, performance management, training, conflict resolution, and professional growth opportunities; responsible for hiring, terminating, and administering corrective actions.
  • Financial & Regulatory Oversight: Monitors budgets, contracts, vendor relations, and compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA); manages procurement, equipment, and supply usage to ensure efficiency and readiness.
  • Patient Care & Service Coordination: Assesses quality of patient care, coordinates services among patients, staff, physicians, and departments, and provides direct care when necessary.
  • Confidentiality & Stakeholder Relations: Maintains sensitive information securely, serves internal staff and external clients/vendors, and fosters a collaborative environment that meets organizational and regulatory standards.

 

What we’re looking for 

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred Applicable work experience may be used in lieu of education

  • Certified Respiratory Care Therapist; Valid and Current Arkansas Board of Respiratory Care
  • Management Experience; strongly preferred
  • (BLS) Basic Life Support required one month from hire/transfer date
  • (ACLS) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support six months from hire/transfer date
  • (PALS) Pediatric Advanced Life Support six months from hire/transfer date
