About the Role

The Respiratory Therapist evaluates and treats patients with breathing‑related conditions, performs diagnostic testing, and collaborates with physicians to develop effective treatment plans. This position plays a vital role in emergency response, patient education, and maintaining high standards of clinical practice.

How you’ll contribute 

• Conduct diagnostic testing, including bedside, EKGs, blood gas analysis, and tobacco cessation education.
• Deliver respiratory therapies, monitor patient response, and communicate changes in condition.
• Respond to codes and emergent respiratory calls, providing rapid assessment and intervention.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory health, medication use, and illness management.
• Maintain and calibrate respiratory equipment, manage supplies, and support performance improvement efforts.
• Provide care across neonatal through older adult populations while ensuring compliance with safety and infection‑control standards.

What we’re looking for 

• Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy, Required

• CRT or RRT license in the state of practice, Required
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications, Preferred 
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments with exposure to biological and chemical hazards.
• Strong critical‑thinking skills, reliability, and a commitment to patient‑centered care.
