Job Summary

The RN House Supervisor provides day shift leadership for hospital operations and nursing staff. This role ensures safe patient care, effective patient flow, regulatory compliance, and rapid response to clinical or operational concerns. The House Supervisor collaborates with nursing leadership, physicians, and ancillary departments while serving as a role model for professional conduct and hospital policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead hospital operations and staffing during day shifts

  • Support patient flow, bed management, and clinical coverage across units

  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to nursing and clinical staff
