As a Travel Consultant, you'll help clients transform their travel ideas into personalized itineraries by recommending destinations, coordinating reservations, and managing the details that make every trip memorable. Whether travelers are planning an all-inclusive resort stay, cruise vacation, family getaway, romantic escape, group trip, or international adventure, you'll provide knowledgeable guidance and exceptional service from the first conversation through departure.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, learning new skills, and building a rewarding career in the travel industry. No previous travel experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and professional development every step of the way.

Responsibilities

Connect with clients to learn about their travel interests, schedules, and vacation goals
Explore destinations, accommodations, cruises, tours, and vacation packages that match each traveler's preferences
Prepare personalized travel recommendations that fit individual budgets and expectations
Coordinate hotels, flights, transfers, activities, excursions, and additional travel services
Provide guidance on travel options, supplier promotions, travel protection, and available enhancements
Assist clients through the reservation process and answer questions along the way
Communicate professionally through phone, email, virtual meetings, and online messaging platforms
Partner with approved travel suppliers to confirm reservations and manage booking details
Review itineraries, confirmations, and travel documents to ensure accuracy
Maintain organized records of client communications, reservations, and travel information
Stay informed about destination updates, supplier promotions, and emerging travel trends
Deliver outstanding customer care that encourages repeat business and long-term client relationships

Qualifications

Interest in travel, hospitality, customer service, tourism, sales, or consulting
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to manage multiple client requests while working independently
Comfortable using computers, online applications, and digital communication tools
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Positive attitude with a commitment to exceptional customer service
Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must reside in the US, UK, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or other approved hiring regions
