The Clinical Coordinator will support the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in managing the ER department's planning, development, financial, and staffing activities.
This role requires compliance with organizational, departmental, and regulatory standards.
The position involves planning staff management and ensuring effective fiscal operations within the department.
The Clinical Coordinator will offer direction, support, and guidance to ER staff for their clinical and professional development.
Candidates must possess a valid RN license in the State of Louisiana and have strong leadership and management skills, with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience, and a salary range of $75,000 to $90,000.

The Clinical Coordinator will assist the CNO in the planning, development, financial and staff activities of the ER department. Complies with organization, department and regulatory standards. Plans the management of staff and ensures sound fiscal operations. Position provides direction, support and guidance to the ER staff in their development both clinically and professionally. Strong leadership and management skills required.

Must have RN license in the State of Louisiana.
