Our mission is to help travelers plan unforgettable vacations while offering flexible, remote opportunities for individuals who are passionate about travel and customer service.

Position Overview

We are expanding our remote team and seeking resourceful, service-oriented individuals who enjoy researching options, solving problems, and helping customers organize memorable travel experiences.

As a Travel Solutions Specialist, you will work with travelers to identify their vacation needs and turn those needs into coordinated travel arrangements. You will research available options, compare services, assist with reservations, and provide clients with clear information throughout the planning process.

Travel needs can vary widely, giving you exposure to resort vacations, cruises, weekend getaways, family trips, romantic escapes, group travel, tours, special celebrations, and domestic and international destinations.

You do not need previous travel industry experience to be considered. Training, supplier education, mentorship, and continued professional development are provided.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Speak with travelers to identify their destination interests, preferred dates, budget range, and vacation priorities
  • Research available travel products using approved supplier and booking resources
  • Compare hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, attractions, and vacation packages
  • Identify options that best correspond with each traveler's requested experience
  • Provide clear explanations of available services, package features, promotions, and reservation requirements
  • Help clients evaluate alternatives when their original travel choice is unavailable or does not meet their needs
  • Coordinate selected accommodations, transportation, activities, and other vacation services
  • Assist with processing reservations through authorized travel platforms
  • Verify traveler information and reservation details before bookings are finalized
  • Organize confirmations, itinerary information, payment schedules, and other important trip details
  • Monitor upcoming deadlines and follow up regarding information or decisions still needed from clients
  • Respond to routine booking questions and assist with reservation adjustments when necessary
  • Communicate professionally through email, phone, messaging applications, and virtual meetings
  • Coordinate with supplier partners regarding availability, booking questions, or requested changes
  • Maintain accurate digital records of client conversations, reservations, and follow-up activity
  • Keep current with new destinations, supplier offerings, promotions, and travel products
  • Provide dependable service throughout the research, reservation, and trip-preparation stages

  • Good time-management and follow-through habits
  • Confidence managing multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Basic proficiency with computers, email, internet research, and web-based applications
  • Willingness to learn travel technology and supplier reservation systems
  • Professional and dependable work habits
  • A positive attitude toward feedback, training, and continued learning

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, administrative support, reservations, event coordination, tourism, or another people-focused field may be helpful, but it is not required.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and reside in the U.S., U.K., or another qualifying region.
