About SINGU

At SINGU, we’re redefining how the world’s most ambitious real estate companies run their operations. Our mission is to become Europe’s leading platform for managing warehouse, logistics, retail, and multi-site commercial real estate portfolios — empowering our Clients to protect revenue, boost efficiency, and unlock new value across every aspect of their business.

Our unified CAFM platform already powers the daily operations of over 250 million m² of real estate worldwide, supporting more than 500,000 professionals. Following our union with the UK’s Micad and Germany’s net-haus, we now help manage 100,000+ buildings across 35+ countries — and we’re just getting started.

Backed by a leading growth equity investor, we’re scaling rapidly and partnering with global leaders such as Prologis, ECE, CTP, Hillwood, Logicor, GLP, and Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. As we continue to grow through strategic acquisitions and bold innovation, we stay true to our core values: adaptability, collaboration, and client focus.

If you’re ready to help build Europe’s leading platform for property operations — and make a tangible impact on how the real estate industry works — join SINGU and be part of this transformation.

At SINGU, we're building Europe's leading platform for property operations — and we want curious, driven design interns to grow with us. As a Product Design Intern, you'll work alongside our Product Design team on real problems that affect thousands of facility management professionals every day. This isn't a "make coffee and watch" internship — you'll contribute to live product work from day one.

What you'll do:

  • Support UX/UI design tasks in Figma across core product areas

  • Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes at various fidelity levels

  • Assist with user research — interviews, usability testing, and insight synthesis

  • Analyze product usage data to inform design decisions

  • Explore and apply AI-powered design tools in our workflow

  • Help maintain and evolve the SINGU design system

  • Prepare assets for developer handoff

What we're looking for:

  • Student or recent graduate in UX/UI Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or related field

  • Intermediate Figma skills

  • Understanding of UX principles and design thinking

  • Curiosity about B2B SaaS and data-heavy product interfaces

  • Interest in user research, data-driven design, and AI tools

  • English proficiency B2

  • Proactive — comfortable taking ownership of tasks independently

What we offer:

  • 3-month internship with possibility of extension, 3 600 PLN gross/month, absolwent internship agreement

  • Impact at scale — help shape the operational backbone of a high-growth SaaS company with global reach and clients like Prologis, CBRE, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, Auchan, Savills, NEPI Rockcastle, and Logicor

  • Category leadership — be part of the #1 PropTech brand in facility, maintenance, and ESG management

  • Organic and M&A growth — M&A is a big part of our plans, and we're on a mission to consolidate our space and build a European champion

  • Collaborative culture — work alongside a curious, international, mission-driven team that values learning, ownership, and giving back

  • Flexibility & autonomy — hybrid working model, office-led social initiatives (yoga, soccer, company retreats, happy hours, Wednesday breakfasts), and the freedom to drive your own initiatives

If this role sounds like a good fit, we’d love to hear from you. Apply and help us build technology that supports critical operations every day.
