We're looking for a Senior PHP Developer to join the Technical Account Management team, responsible for delivering customizations and dedicated functionalities for large enterprise clients, often international.

The team focuses on adapting existing modules or building custom solutions tailored to specific customer needs. A significant part of the work involves data imports and system integrations, where security, data correctness, and database performance are critical.

This is a hybrid position based in Kraków – 2-3 days per week from the office.

Backend: PHP (Phalcon framework)

Database: PostgreSQL

Architecture: REST APIs, data-heavy integrations

What You'll Bring To The Team

Must-haves:

• Strong commercial experience in PHP backend development (5+ years)

• Expert-level knowledge of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL – query optimization, indexing, execution plans

• Proven experience in designing and implementing REST APIs

• Experience building and maintaining data import pipelines and external system integrations

• High attention to application security (secure coding practices, input validation, data protection)

• Strong focus on performance and scalability, especially for database-heavy and high volume operations

• Ability to take full ownership of delivered solutions – from design to deployment

• Fluent English and Polish to ensure smooth communications with team colleagues and clients

Nice-to-haves:

• Familiarity with React

• Experience with the Phalcon framework

• Experience with PostgreSQL performance tuning

• Knowledge of Docker and containerized development environments

• Background in customization-heavy or enterprise systems

• Experience working in a product-oriented organization

Competitive Salary Range - Depending on your experience, we offer between 19'000 - 22'000 PLN net on a B2B contract, or between 15'770 – 18'260 PLN gross on Contract of Employment.
