We’re looking for a Guest Experience Shift Lead who brings energy, accountability, and leadership to every shift — someone who can coach a team, create magical guest moments, and still jump in to have fun along the way.

Qualifications & Experience

What You’ll Do

As a Shift Lead, you’ll be at the heart of the action — leading from the floor, not the sidelines:

  • Create memorable, interactive experiences for guests of all ages
  • Lead, coach, and motivate Guest Experience Hosts to deliver top-tier service
  • Own the guest experience on the floor — design and lead engaging games/activities, and ensure all team members consistently meet customer service standards 
  • Delegate responsibilities and ensure operational standards are consistently met
  • Act as a role model for “Guest Obsession” and positive team culture
  • Jump in to resolve guest concerns with a solutions-focused mindset
  • Partner with leadership to keep daily operations running smoothly
  • Help train and develop team members to grow their skills and confidence

  • A team player who can also confidently lead and delegate
  • Passionate about creating fun, memorable experiences for families and children
  • Comfortable holding others accountable while maintaining a positive culture
  • Experienced in customer-facing roles (minimum 3 years required)
  • Skilled at coaching, training, and motivating others
