Job Description Summary

We offer a dynamic, fast-paced work environment in jet engine fan and compressor airfoils production. We are proud of our Vermont employees and their heritage of dedicated work, innovation, and customer focus. The starting hourly rate is $30.68 per hour with pay progression every year for 6 years. Shift differential starts at 10% for off shifts. Available positions are on 2nd and 3rd shift, however the initial training period may be on 1st shift. Rutland offers a dynamic work schedule featuring both 4 x 10-hour shifts and 5 x 8-hour shifts. Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
Production tasks may include the set up and/or operation of production machining equipment such as:
•   Ā Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machinesĀ 
•   Ā Broaches
•   Ā Forming presses
•   Ā Batch operations
•   Ā Benching operations
As well as other responsibilities as assigned.


Ā In this role, you will operate in accordance with rigorous quality and safety practices and procedures. Ā You will be assigned a training plan, which will outline which skill(s) you will initially learn.

The pay for this position isĀ 30.68/hr.Ā This posting is expected to closeĀ on Dec, 2026.

Minimum Requirements:
•   Ā High school diploma /GED
•   Ā Must have one year of manufacturing experience or equivalent. Equivalent experience includes other relevant hands-on work experience such as construction, slate/quarry work, auto mechanics, military, maintenance, heavy equipment operation, machining, assembly, or vocational/technical trade training
•   Ā Must be able to pass pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen including but not limited to testing for marijuana/THC
•   Ā Ability to work overtime as required
•   Ā Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions


Desired backgrounds:
•   Ā Associate's degree or above, Certified Production Technician certification, Vo-tech training or related coursework
