Benchmark at Rye is thrilled to be bringing 70 new Assisted Living apartments to our award winning memory care community on the Seacoast and is looking for a LNAs/PCAs/Caregivers to join their team!

Evenings 2p-10p

Rates: $20-21.25/HR

Additional opportunities on Days and Overnights

Your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.Ā 


Duties & Responsibilities: Ā 

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingĀ 
  • Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.Ā 
  • Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.Ā 
  • Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.Ā 
  • Other duties as needed.Ā

Requirements:Ā 

  • Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license or caregiver experience required
  • Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
  • Previous experience working with people with dementia is desiredĀ
