- $500,000 to $600,000 Base Salary, negotiable dependent upon experience

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The new radiologist will work in a collaborative, dynamic environment with an integrated, multi-disciplinary care team that includes nine (9) other radiologists.
Physicians are supported by highly-trained clinical assistants and management in comfortable, modern settings. Â This includes scribes and staff to perform clinical administrative tasks.
The breast care team includes:
- radiologists
- nurses
- nurse navigators
- breast surgeons
The practice includes a multi-disciplinary cancer program and weekly tumor boards, and sonically-guided biopsies are performed. Â
The radiologist will oversee both screening and diagnostic cases, alongside skilled breast surgeons.
The office uses the AthenaHealth EHR.
While the ability to read body imaging and general radiology is a plus and can provide additional compensated work, it is not required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- New York medical license
- DEA
- Board Certified or Eligible, Radiology
- Fellowship Training, Breast Imaging preferred
- previous experience in breast imaging accepted
- ability to read tomosynthesis, breast MRI, and breast ultrasound
