We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Remote Front Office Administrative Assistant to support front desk operations in a virtual environment. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, manage communications efficiently, and maintain organized administrative processes.

The Remote Front Office Administrative Assistant serves as the first point of contact for clients, customers, and internal team members in a virtual office setting. This role provides administrative, clerical, and customer service support to ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining a professional and welcoming presence remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and virtual consultations

  • Manage shared inboxes and direct communications to appropriate departments

  • Maintain and organize digital filing systems and company records

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and meeting materials

  • Assist with data entry, order processing, and invoice tracking

  • Track office supplies or equipment needs for remote staff

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
