Position Overview

The Lead Generator role supports our HVAC sales pipeline by creating a positive first connection with potential customers and securing permission for follow-up. This position exists to keep a consistent flow of qualified inquiries by communicating clearly, listening well, and documenting details accurately.

Key responsibilities:
- Start professional, friendly conversations and introduce Sierra Pacific Home and Comfort services at a high level
- Ask a few screening questions and collect customer contact information for next-step outreach
- Enter complete, accurate lead notes in a mobile app in a timely manner
- Represent the company with integrity, professionalism, and attention to safety

Required qualifications/skills:
- Customer service and/or sales experience (lead generation experience is a plus)
- Clear verbal communication and comfort speaking with the public
- Reliable personal transportation

What Your Day Looks Like

You’ll arrive at your assigned location, get set up, and stay visible and approachable as people pass by. Most of the day is spent greeting foot traffic, shifting smoothly between quick introductions and longer conversations when someone wants to learn more. Between interactions, you’ll use your phone to record names, contact details, and brief notes, then double-check entries for accuracy before moving on. The pace can be steady, so being comfortable on your feet and keeping your energy consistent matters. Your schedule is flexible, and you’ll drive yourself to the site, making this a practical option for career transitioners or seniors who want structured, part-time style work.
