This role is critical in supporting field operations by assembling electrical components and systems in our off-site shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, a commitment to safety and quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities and Essential Tasks  - Assemble electrical components, conduit systems, wiring harnesses, junction boxes, panels, and other prefab materials according to shop drawings, schematics, or work orders. Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to complete assemblies accurately. Perform quality checks to ensure completed assemblies meet specifications and company standards. Package, label, and organize finished products for delivery to job sites. Maintain a clean and safe work environment following company safety protocols. Assist with inventory control by tracking materials used and reporting shortages. Work closely with supervisors and electricians to ensure timely and accurate production. Work environment:   Regularly exposed inclement weather: cold, heat, and humidity. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.  Frequently exposed to vibrations, moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, machines, dust and chemicals Location: Rex Moore and affiliated offices are located throughout California and Nevada.   Reporting Structure:   Reports to – Production Supervisor Department – Manufacturing  EOE   QualificationsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:  High school diploma or GED preferred. At least 1 year experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly preferred. Ability to follow written & verbal instructions. Possess good vision normal and corrected. Familiar with the safe use of power and hand tools. Ability to read a tape measure and other tools used for measuring.  High school diploma a plus but not required. Physical Requirements:   Ability to verbally communicate: convey detailed and accurate instructions and information.  Ability to hear with or without correction in order to receive and interpret detailed information.  Must be able to lift, push, pull at least 50 lbs. Must be able to lift 29lbs. repeatedly. Must be able to lift more than 50 lbs. assisted. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to walk long distances. Must be able to reach and grasp materials, tools and equipment. Required to have visual acuity to operate various tools, read fine print, and identify colors. PM22
