Join us in transforming airport dining!    The Opportunity: We are looking for Baristas at our newly opened Temple Coffee in Sacramento International Airport. This position requires open availability from 3:30am-12:00am, seven days a week. You will join a dynamic and positive team environment, maintaining the highest standards of service and operational excellence. If you are passionate about hospitality, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy crafting quality coffee beverages, we’d love to hear from you!   What We Offer: Compensation: $21/hour + tips Free airport parking Free employee meals  Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Medical and dependent care flexible spending accounts (FSAs) Paid Time Off 401(k) retirement plan with 5% company match  Opportunities for career growth and advancement   Responsibilities: Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service Accurately enter orders and process payment Ensure all orders are delivered to the customer in a timely manner Count in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each work shift Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a positive customer experience and workplace efficiency Follow all safety protocols intended to keep team members and customers safe Respond to customer inquiries and refer to management when applicable Properly stock, and maintain station and cleaning duties as assigned by store management Other duties as assigned   Qualifications: 1+ year of experience as a barista or cashier in food service Strong customer service and cash-handling skills Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, management, and customers Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and kneel for the duration of the shift A valid Food Handler’s Card (or willingness to obtain during training as required by law)   Our Commitment to Equal Opportunity: We are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace where all employees are treated with respect, dignity, and fairness.
