Requirements

1. A minimum of 3+ years of previous bartending experience in FINE DINING RESTAURANTS
2. Must be 21 years of age or older
3. Attention to Detail
4. Spirits and Wine Knowledge
5. Adaptability in High Volume, Fast-Paced Environments
6. Ability to follow instructions
7. Passion for Hospitality
8. A valid Responsible Beverage Server certification is required
9. Able to work various hours/days as business dictates

Position Summary: The Bartender will have excellent social skills, be highly motivated and feel comfortable working in a demanding position that requires multi-tasking while making cocktails, taking orders, delivering food, cleaning, cashiering, receiving, and stocking product. The Bartender should also have sufficient experience and food/wine/liquor knowledge to hit the ground running. Bartenders interact with guests in a positive manner by assisting them promptly, and approaching them in a hospitable, friendly way.
