Concierge - PI

Description

We are seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Concierge to support our Service Department by assisting with customer vehicle pick-up and delivery, answering phones, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role is essential in representing our company through safe driving practices, strong communication, and outstanding service. 

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

The Concierge is responsible for the following duties:

• Answering incoming phone calls professionally and directing calls as needed 
• Picking up and delivering customer vehicles in a timely and efficient manner 
• Greeting customers in a friendly, professional manner during vehicle pick-up and delivery
• Using extreme caution and safe driving practices when operating customer vehicles 
• Inspecting and documenting any visible body damage on vehicles prior to transport
• Communicating customer concerns, requests, or service-related needs to the Concierge Manager
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times 
• Completing vehicle pick-up/delivery documentation accurately and consistently
   

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record 
• Strong customer service and communication skills 
• Professional appearance and positive attitude 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and safety 
• Dependable attendance and punctuality required 
• Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures at all times
