What You'll Do

• Coordinate and schedule advanced dental procedures (implants, bone grafts, bridges, crowns).
• Clearly explain treatment plans and answer patient questions with empathy and expertise.
• Assist patients in obtaining third-party financing and explore available options.
• Ensure smooth patient flow and support the clinical team with preparation and follow-up.
• Deliver exceptional service and contribute to the success of the office.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a Treatment Coordinator in a dental office.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with complex cases like implants, bone grafts, bridges, and crowns.
• Insurance Verification: must have verification experience and be comfortable explaining to patients.
• Communication: Ability to explain treatment details confidently and compassionately.
• Organization: Skilled at managing busy schedules and keeping everything on track.
• Tech Savvy: Knowledge of dental office software is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a dental office.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
