Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As a Drybar Stylist, you'll help clients look and feel their best by:

• Creating our signature Drybar blowouts and styling services with skill, creativity, and consistency
• Delivering an exceptional guest experience from the moment clients walk through the door
• Building relationships with guests and helping them discover products, styling tools, and memberships that fit their beauty routine
• Using your styling expertise and sales skills to educate clients and recommend solutions that enhance their experience
• Helping maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready shop through daily side work, including restocking products, inventory, light cleaning, and maintaining common areas
• Participating in team meetings, education sessions, and ongoing training to continue growing your skills

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a stylist who is passionate, reliable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You have:

• A current and valid California Cosmetology License
• Must have availability to work Thursday through Sunday (required)
• Must be flexible to work both opening and closing shifts based on business needs
• Strong blowout styling and finishing skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Strong sales skills with the confidence to recommend products, styling tools, and memberships
• A proactive attitude with the initiative to stay productive, take ownership, and jump in wherever needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, team-first mindset with a desire to learn, grow, and support your fellow stylists
