Job Title Overnight Pressure Washing / Facilities Cleaning Technician Location Downtown Commons (DOCO) Schedule Full-Time Sunday – Thursday 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM (Overnight Shift) 40 hours per week Position Summary The Overnight Pressure Washing / Facilities Cleaning Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of exterior walkways, entryways, and common areas throughout the DOCO property. This role involves pressure washing, operating specialized cleaning equipment, and performing routine overnight cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and presentable environment for visitors, tenants, and staff. Key Responsibilities Perform overnight pressure washing of sidewalks, walkways, plazas, and exterior surfaces. Operate cleaning equipment including pressure washers, floor burnishers, and escalator tread cleaners. Remove debris, stains, gum, and spills from hard surfaces. Maintain cleanliness of high-traffic public areas. Follow proper procedures for chemical use and equipment operation. Perform routine inspections of assigned areas and report maintenance or safety issues. Set up safety cones, signage, and barriers when performing cleaning operations. Maintain equipment and report any mechanical issues. Follow all safety policies and company procedures.   QualificationsQualifications Qualifications Previous pressure washing, janitorial, or floor care experience preferred (training available). Ability to operate or learn commercial cleaning equipment. Ability to work overnight hours and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Must be dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically active work (walking, bending, lifting, standing for extended periods). Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
