We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Physical Therapist with experience in outpatient adult care to join a well-established clinic in Natomas, Sacramento, California. Job Responsibilities:
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat adult patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function, reducing pain, and preventing re-injury
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and functional training programs
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long-term wellness strategies
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation of patient care and progress

Requirements
• Active state license as a Physical Therapist in California
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Minimum of 1 year of recent outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team
