Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally to understand their vehicle needs and preferencesÂ
- Demonstrate vehicle features, conduct test drives, and explain financing and leasing optionsÂ
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral businessÂ
- Follow up with prospective buyers via phone, email, and textÂ
- Maintain detailed and accurate CRM recordsÂ
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsÂ
- Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and competitive offeringsÂ
- Collaborate with the finance, service, and management teams to ensure a seamless customer experienceÂ
- Maintain showroom standards and assist with dealership events as needed

QualificationsÂ
- Previous sales experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus)Â
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and HolidaysÂ
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Valid California Sales LicenseÂ
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
