• Help train, mentor, and develop field technicians
• Assist with coordinating field work based on technician experience, job requirements, and location
• Respond to service calls and emergencies when needed

• Reinforce company safety procedures, policies, and field standards
• Monitor proper use and care of company vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Assist management with technician performance, field operations, staffing needs, and opportunities for improvement
• Help Masterline continue to build a strong, reliable Northern California field team
Qualifications
• 5+ years of commercial facilities maintenance, service, or construction experience
• Previous experience as a senior technician, lead technician, supervisor, foreman, field manager, or similar role preferred

• Ability to evaluate the quality of work performed by other technicians
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to earn the respect of a field team
• Comfortable making independent decisions and taking ownership of problems
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities and service calls
• Comfortable using mobile apps for work orders, photos, notes, scheduling, and communication
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Reliable, punctual, professional, and accountable
• Commercial retail and restaurant facilities experience strongly preferred
• Trade licenses, OSHA training, EPA certification, or other industry certifications are a plus
