ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS DCI Disassembly, cleaning, or re-assembly of pumps. (Essential) Receive pumps, generate parts orders, and perform teardown and condition reports. (Essential) Document all observations during disassembly and generate failure analysis reports. (Essential) Maintain and replace equipment, tools, and supplies used during the service of pumps. (Essential) Check power and hand tools for proper operation. (Essential) Ensure that all Procedures and Instructions are followed during the assembly process. (Essential) Communicate all issues to Leads/Supervisor in a timely manner. (Essential) Module Assembly Re-assembly of pumps. (Essential) Test and troubleshoot assemblies and/or final systems. (Essential) May complete rework and quality testing on assemblies and/or systems. (Essential) Maintain and replace equipment, tools, and supplies used during the service of pumps. (Essential) Check power and hand tools for proper operation. (Essential) Ensure that all Procedures and Instructions are followed during the assembly process. (Essential) Check power and hand tools for proper operation. (Essential) Ensure that all Procedures and Instructions are followed during the assembly process. (Essential) Performance Test Prepare accurate and consistent reports to analyze product failure trends and serviceability issues. Recommend solutions to technical problems. (Essential) Full Responsibility for performing equipment maintenance, testing, and calibration of repaired products. (Essential) Perform the set-up, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies. (Essential) Test and troubleshoot assemblies and/or final systems. (Essential) Maintain and replace equipment, tools, and supplies used during the service of pumps. (Essential) Check power and hand tools for proper operation. (Essential) Ensure that all Procedures and Instructions are followed during the performance test process. (Essential) Communicate all issues to Leads/Supervisor in a timely manner. (Non-Essential) QualificationsPOSITION QUALIFICATIONS Competency Statement(s) The ability to lift 35 lbs. unassisted from the floor to waist level. Ability to wear a respirator, hearing protection, gloves, and to continually wear eye protection. The ability to perform the identified essential functions of the classification, including the operation of any machinery and/or equipment that is associated with performing the essential functions. The ability to perform the essential functions of the position in a cross-cultural, demanding, and dynamic environment. The ability to perform the essential functions of the position without posing a direct threat of harm to him/herself, others, or property. Education High School, GED, or Associate’s degree in Engineering or Electronics, or equivalent experience. Experience Zero (0) to Four (4) years of electro-mechanical and field service experience, preferably in the semiconductor or related industry. Working knowledge of mechanical skills. Working knowledge of principles of vacuum technology SKILLS & ABILITIES Working knowledge of MS Office products, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Speaking in front of groups. Strong time management skills. Self-starter. Demonstrated leadership and program management skills. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate and work effectively with internal colleagues and customers. Demonstrated teamwork and organizational skills. Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills. Verify a good driving record if servicing customers off-site.
