NOW HIRING: Software Data Entry Specialist I

Compensation: $21.66-$22.66 per hour

Job Overview

The Software Data Entry Specialist I will become an expert in the 4Insite web and mobile platforms. Responsible for maintaining accurate records of large-scale data management and review.

Roles & Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  Other duties may be assigned.

  • Become an expert in the 4insite web and mobile platforms

  • Evaluate accuracy and relevancy of AI responses

  • Provide detailed feedback to improve AI performance and accuracy

  • Maintain accurate records of large-scale data management and review

  • Collaborate with the AI development team to enhance system functionalities

  • Report any discrepancies or issues identified during the data review process

  • Collect qualitative and quantitative data to contribute to daily project reports

  • Reviews and verifies change requests and documents to determine accuracy and completeness of information

  • Utilizes discretion and escalates issues as needed to correct or complete data.

  • Completes all tasks in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Ensures all data is entered by appropriate deadlines and contain appropriate approvals

  • Ensure data is distributed to all the proper channels of visibility on the software platform

  • Support subject-matter experts to ensure that IT-delivered services and end-user productivity goals are met or exceeded

  • Troubleshoot the end user’s issue and resolve upon first contact

  • Helping with customer support tickets during downtime

  • Accurately record and document all details of the issues or service request, including categorization and priority into IT service desk tools

  • Demonstrate a desire to help others with specific technical issues and be able to understand the support process from the customers point of view

  • Other duties or special projects as assigned by management

  • Travel to customer sites may be required up to 20% of the time

  • Weekend availability required

Qualification

Education and/ or Experience:

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university with 1-2 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

 May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
