Shift：6AM-3PM（4hrs oniste, 4hrs WFH）
**Key Responsibilities:*
- Assist daily operations including dispatch parcel and assign tasks to DSPs, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols.
- Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct daily control meetings and performance reviews.
- Recruit qualified DSPs and provide onboarding.
- Design training to improve service quality.
- Support fleet operations, task distribution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
- Handle daily operations and emergency responses.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, bilingual Mandarin required.
- Minimum 0-1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics related experiences.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.

- Supervisor: 60k-75k + Bonus / Specialist: 21-25/hr +1.5OT +Bonus
