Responsibilities:Ā 
Ā 

  • AssistĀ in receiving and storing all food deliveries.Ā 

  • Follows FIFO (FirstĀ InĀ First Out) METHOD for receiving and storing foodĀ 

  • Label and date all food items upon receiving to enforce FIFO.Ā 

  • Make sureĀ productĀ is rotated when storing on designated storage shelves.Ā 

  • Notify manager or Chef of any expired product.Ā 

  • Must maintain aĀ friendlyĀ positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times.Ā 

  • Report for scheduled event on time and report to assigned areaĀ in a timely manner.Ā 

  • Fulfill the assigned opening and closing duties.Ā 

  • Report to direct supervisor for prep lists andĀ time linesĀ of theĀ daysĀ tasksĀ 

  • Carry out assigned tasked inĀ a timelyĀ and safe fashion using correct recipesĀ 

  • Constant maintenance of walk-in coolers, reach-ins, dryĀ storageĀ and all work areas.Ā 

  • Must have extensive knowledge of all menus beingĀ offeredĀ including special.Ā 

  • Communicate with Supervisors, Attendants, Runners, Chefs and Legends Management.Ā 

  • Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments withinĀ venue.Ā 

  • Maintain a clean,Ā sanitaryĀ and orderly setting within the kitchen.Ā

  • Must know the ā€œlayoutā€ of the kitchen and back of the house area where you are working, (i.e. - know where the closest First Aid office, bathroom and staircase are), and be able to direct staff and guests to their designation.Ā 

  • Must be aware of other food and beverage outlets within the venue.Ā 

  • May be re-assigned to a different location in certain situations based on the venue’s needs. Other duties and assignments may apply.Ā 

  • Must be able toĀ workĀ a flexible schedule to meet service demand levels, including days, nights,Ā weekendsĀ and holidays.Ā

Qualifications:Ā 

Ā 

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent; degree or certificate in culinary arts preferred.Ā 

  • Must have two (2) to four (4) years working in aĀ fast-pacedĀ restaurant,Ā catererĀ or other relevant food service area.Ā 

  • Must be proactive, self-motivated,Ā organizedĀ and the ability to prioritize as needed.Ā 

  • Must be clean and constantly aware of sanitation procedures.Ā 

  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change quickly.Ā 

  • Must be Punctual and dependable.Ā 

  • Must be able to read andĀ retainĀ information (i.e.Ā recipes, prep lists, menus, and signage).Ā 

  • Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations.Ā 

  • Must be able to speak and read Basic English.Ā 

  • Must be able to work well with others in a stressful environment.Ā 

  • Able to move quickly and act on assigned duties.Ā 

  • MustĀ maintainĀ personal hygiene and aĀ well-groomedĀ appearance.Ā 

  • Ability to walk long distances and stand for extended periods of time.Ā 

  • Must be able to stand, kneel, lift (at least 30 pounds), carry items, push carts, walk at a fast pace, and bend down.Ā
