This is not a roofing job — this is a professional gutter installation role for roofers who already understand ladders, exterior work, safety, and working efficiently on homes.

This is not a short-term construction gig.
The Installer Track (Skill-Based Pay)
This role starts as an Apprentice and progresses based on skill + reliability, not promises.
Pay Progression (non-negotiable):
- Apprentice (First 30 days): $17–$20/hr
- Apprentice (30+ days, meeting standards): $20–$22/hr
- Independent Gutter Installer (cut, print, hang gutters): $25+/hr
- Advanced Installer (includes downspouts): $28+/hr
- Lead Installer / Truck Lead: $30–$35/hr
Raises are earned — not negotiated.
What You’ll Do
- Install seamless gutters and downspouts on residential homes
- Use ladders, tools, and measurement skills you already have
- Learn gutter-specific fabrication and installation techniques
- Maintain clean, professional job sites
- Interact respectfully with homeowners
- Work outdoors without the physical toll of roofing tear-offs

You will not be hired unless all are true:
- Start time is 7:00 AM sharp
- Reliable transportation
- Strong ladder safety awareness
- No drugs, drinking, or smoking on job sites
- Willingness to follow instructions without attitude
- Willing to submit to a background check
- Looking for stable, long-term work
Zero-Tolerance Probation (First 30 Days)
- Any lateness = termination
- No-call / no-show = termination
- Disrespect to crew or customers = termination
- Theft = termination and police report
