Purpose and Scope:
Under the direction of the Director of Logistics, supervises directly or through warehouse leads, the receiving, warehousing, and shipping of the product in a professional manner consistent with the company operations, cost objectives and customer requirements. This individual may supervise one or more major sections of the warehouse. Works in concert with other management team members to provide direction, guidance, and coaching to staff members within a positive work environment. Within the scope of this position's responsibilities, the incumbent must apply the Logistics Team approach for operational efficiency to improve business processes, and increased proficiency.Â

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations independentlyÂ
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipmentÂ
- Handle receiving, shipping, picking, and inventory controlÂ
- Use WMS (Warehouse Management System) and RF scanners for inventory tracking and order processingÂ
- Load and unload trailers while maintaining accuracy and productivityÂ
- Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracyÂ
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and prepare shipping documentsÂ
- Troubleshoot operational and inventory issues with minimal supervisionÂ
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, and OSHA complianceÂ
- Prioritize multiple tasks and manage workflow efficiently in a fast-paced environmentÂ
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse supervisory experience preferredÂ
- Forklift experience requiredÂ
- Experience using WMS and RF scannersÂ
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skillsÂ
- Ability to work independently and multitask effectivelyÂ
