Responsibilities

Pediatrix is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our established team of providers at Covenant Medical Center in Saginaw, Michigan. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice in a high‑acuity environment supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Position Highlights:

54‑bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
Average daily census of 35–40 patients
Access to a full complement of pediatric subspecialties
Comprehensive responsibilities including patient assessment, management, treatment, and participation in high‑risk deliveries
Active involvement in quality improvement initiatives to support optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

Current APRN national specialty certification
Minimum of a master’s degree
