Responsibilities

Pediatrix is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our well‑established, highly respected team at Covenant Medical Center in Saginaw, Michigan. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice at the top of your license in a high‑acuity Level III NICU, supported by a strong, collaborative, multidisciplinary care team that values autonomy, excellence, and professional growth.

Our Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) are fully integrated members of the care team and play a vital role in clinical decision‑making, quality initiatives, and delivery room management—making a meaningful impact on both patient outcomes and team culture.

NNP Position Highlights
