The Assistant Softball Coach is a full-time, 12-month position that reports directly to the Head Softball Coach.  This position oversees the development of Flagler College softball players and executes the prescribed program to ensure their physical readiness to compete successfully in a highly competitive NCAA Division II softball program. The position is also responsible for the recruitment and procurement of student-athletes who can help the softball program maintain national competitiveness. Â
