We’re looking for a Bilingual Installation Foreman to lead field crews and deliver high-quality installation projects safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives outdoors, leads by example, and takes pride in getting the job done right. What You’ll Be Responsible For Lead, supervise, and support daily activities of installation crew members Plan and execute job assignments to meet productivity and quality standards Ensure crews follow all safety procedures and company expectations Communicate clearly with crew members and management (English/Spanish) Monitor job progress and address issues in real time Train and develop crew members on proper installation techniques Maintain equipment, tools, and job site organization Represent the company professionally on job sites What We Expect Proven ability to lead and motivate a field crew Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish Commitment to safety, quality, and accountability Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Dependability, strong work ethic, and attention to detail Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Qualifications 2+ years of experience in installation, landscaping, agriculture, or similar field Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred Valid driver’s license (required) Bilingual (required) Experience operating equipment is a plus Physical Requirements & Work Environment Ability to lift, carry, and move materials regularly Frequent standing, walking, bending, and working on uneven terrain Outdoor work in heat, humidity, and varying weather conditions What We Offer Competitive pay: $21/HR Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off through accrued vacation Why Join Tater Farms?
